The company is the manufacturing hub in Southeast Asia, as well as the transport hub for products to be shipped to various Sea Port and Suvarnabhumi Airport - all of which are considered ideal strategic locations for business.
In addition, KSR can source suppliers within 1-2 hours as most suppliers’ and main clients’ factories are located in the area around our site. The organizational structure of Kurashiki Siam Rubber Co., Ltd. is divided into two departments: Production Department and Administration Department. Production Department also includes Quality Control and Delivery functions in order to ensure production efficiency and achieve the business goals with flying colors.
Our Production Department works systematically using these processes in order to manufacture the products:
- Rubber Mixing: Effectively developed compounds are used to respond to customer needs.
- Metal Phosphate Preparation.
- Adhesive Process.
- Rubber valcanizing : During this main process, we had utilize various
scale of valcanizing facilities for the most competitive markets.
